Its timeless, minimalist design has enduring appeal even today. The jacket's shell is made from high-strength, military-grade West Point twill using combed yarn, and the lining features Troy blanket, which can be seen in vintage workwear from the 1940s. Analyzing old photo documents from during the war, it is occasionally possible to find images of pilots wearing these commercially available jackets, indicating that they actually flew. Normally, wearing a jacket other than government-issued items was, of course, outside regulations, but it can be said to be typical of how regulations were relaxed during wartime. The main differences between government-issued and commercially available items were in design and material usage, with many colors adhering to government-issued standards. Particularly in terms of the jacket's exterior design, many items were arrangements based on government-issued military items, resulting in many attractive jackets with a very classical impression. In 1993, they released their first flight jacket.
