![]() Model: Height 175cm Weight 62kg wearing size 38 The CBI Theater, established in December 1941, takes its name from the initial letters of China, Burma (present-day Myanmar), and India. The flight route from India over the Himalayas to China was blocked by mountains reaching 4,500 meters in elevation, which were likened to the humps of a camel, hence the term "Hump Trip". The Air Transport Command was responsible for supplying goods to units deployed across this vast theater of war, and World War II cannot be discussed in the U.S. military without mentioning the existence of this unit. For CBI zone patch customs, the regulation is to place the zone emblem on the left sleeve and the AF patch on the right sleeve. The official Air Transport Command emblem depicts a compass, but American soldiers, full of playfulness, arranged the compass into a pin-up girl. This excellent sense became popular among American soldiers, and was a popular patch custom at the time. 【M-1943】 The M-1943 field jacket was the successor to the M-1941, developed with the aim of integrating the various field uniforms previously developed and adopted by the Army. Designed to accommodate temperature and mobility, and to be adaptable to all environments, it is based on a layering system, giving it a relatively loose silhouette. The buttoned placket and pocket flap buttons are hidden, preventing snagging when equipment is worn over it. The material is durable, waterproof, thick cotton sateen used in reverse ("back sateen"), dyed olive drab to enhance camouflage effectiveness. The four front pockets are capacious enough that a backpack is almost unnecessary for storing daily essentials. The collar, inherited from the M-41, can be worn open or closed, and when the collar is stood up and the chin strap fastened, it provides excellent protection against the wind. The basic design is highly complete and was subsequently inherited by the M-51 and M-65. Weight: 1575g ![]() Buzz Rickson's is a military brand from Toyo Enterprises, which also owns vintage American casual brands such as Sugar Cane and Sun Surf. The company's relationship with the military dates back to its predecessor, Kosho Shokai, which supplied products such as souvenir jackets (Sukajan, etc.) to U.S. military bases. In 1993, they released their first flight jacket. Since then, the military wear they have successively reproduced, like Sun Surf's Hawaiian shirts and Sugar Cane's denim wear, are all perfectly crafted. ![]()
