The G-3A, an anti-G suit, was developed during World War II. The intense G-forces exerted on pilots during fighter jet flights affect blood circulation, and a lack of oxygen in the brain can cause loss of consciousness. To prevent blood from flowing to the extremities, a suit was developed to compress the lower body with cords. This bag is based on the bag used to store it. Originally made from herringbone twill fabric, this Buzz Rickson's original uses frog skin camouflage fabric. The sewing features painstaking piping, and the zipper is a WWII-era TALON zipper. Weight: 240g  Buzz Rickson's is a military brand of Toyo Enterprises, which owns vintage American casual brands such as Sugar Cane and Sun Surf. The company has a long history with military wear, dating back to its predecessor, Kosho Shokai, which supplied souvenir jackets (such as sukajan) to US military bases. In 1993, the company released its first flight jacket. Since then, its restored military wear, like Sun Surf's Hawaiian shirts and Sugar Cane's denim wear, are all perfectly crafted.
