A winter wool cap adopted by the US Army in 1941. The folded knit around the main body can be lowered to form ear flaps, protecting the ears from the cold. It was popular with jeep drivers, so it is also commonly called a "jeep cap." Weight: 90g  Buzz Rickson's is a military brand of Toyo Enterprises, which owns vintage American casual brands such as Sugar Cane and Sun Surf. The company's relationship with the military dates back to its predecessor, Kosho Shokai, when it supplied souvenir jackets (such as sukajan) to US military bases. In 1993, it launched its first flight jacket. Since then, the military wear it has reproduced, like Sun Surf's Hawaiian shirts and Sugar Cane's denim wear, has been perfectly crafted.
