DALE'S & CO is a brand derived from DELUXEWARE, inspired by America in the early 1900s, when workwear still retained elements of dress clothing. A classic open-collar shirt that combines a shirt collar and cut-and-sew material. This T-shirt is made from original tubular fabric knitted slowly with air-filled loops on an old-style circular knitting machine in Wakayama. It's a polo shirt with a dry texture from air-spun yarn and a perfect thickness reminiscent of the 1940s, offering an addictive, smooth feel. The unusual construction, incorporating a shirt structure into the collar, showcases a fusion of shirt and knitwear. ＜Fabric＞ Original 8.5oz hanging jersey fabric. In addition to using old-style circular knitting machines in Wakayama, the use of air-spun yarn creates a dry texture both to the touch and feel, characterized by unique colors and tubular knitting for each size. (*The product features a side-seam design.) ＜Regarding embedded foreign fibers (different colored fibers)＞ White cut-and-sew products (T-shirts, etc.) from Deluxe Ware may contain foreign fibers (red or blue fibers). These are inevitably mixed in during the spinning process when cotton is formed into yarn. We conduct multiple inspections to eliminate as many foreign fibers as possible before commercialization. Therefore, fibers that cannot be removed are considered A-grade products.
