 Model An anniversary model specially designed to commemorate the brand's 130th anniversary. This product is based on the "Gamefair," originally made for equestrian spectators, and incorporates special details in its design. The corduroy collar uses the golden brown color that was used when waxed jackets first appeared. The lining features the Dress Gordon tartan, familiar in the vintage market, following the details of that era. Furthermore, special specifications unique to this model can be seen throughout, such as a large anniversary design patch on the back lining, and "130" engraved on the top snap button. Designed for country activities, the Gamefair played an important role in re-establishing Barbour in the country market, and was a forerunner to the current staple items, the Border and Beaufort. With a length slightly longer than the Beaufort, it is also characterized by its compatibility with neat styles such as suits and jackets. Weight: 1330g  Established in 1894 by John Barbour, Barbour developed fully waterproof jackets for fishermen working in the British port town of South Shields. Since then, it has spread throughout the world, especially in the UK, and has become a brand endorsed by the British Royal Family. Barbour jackets achieve complete waterproofing and breathability through a combination of the finest Egyptian cotton and Thornproof Dressing (oil). Even if the effect diminishes, it can be restored by applying specialized oil. These jackets can be worn for many years with proper maintenance.    401 Sage Green
