Japan's only directly-dyed discharge print Hawaiian shirt A pine leaf pattern redesigned from an actual pattern found on a 1950s vintage Aloha shirt. Due to the resort boom at the time, the "Matson Line" shipping route from San Francisco to Hawaii became more active, leading to the spread of tropical designs. Many pineapple designs reflected this trend, and DELUXEWARE redesigned a rare pine leaf pattern, resulting in a neat and cohesive image. Additionally, the fujiette material, made of 100% rayon, reminiscent of the era, is manufactured by weaving filament rayon for the warp and spun rayon for the weft. This is an authentic Aloha shirt created through the texture of this fabric, the pine leaf design pattern, and the manufacturing method called direct dyeing discharge printing (an old-fashioned manufacturing process where the fabric is dyed, then the pattern area is decolorized and colored, and then steamed to develop the color). It goes without saying that faithfully following the direct dyeing discharge printing process significantly affects the appearance of aging.
