 A Japanese pattern design that existed in the 1970s. Rayon chirimen Aloha shirt with 11-color hand-dyeing A genuine Japanese pattern design that existed in 1970. In 1970s vintage wear, this Japanese pattern design was used on plain weave cotton, and the model featured a collar with a stiff interlining. Based on the hypothesis that this Japanese pattern design might have existed in the 1950s, the AL-17 is a reproduction model made from 100% rayon chirimen. This is an authentic Hawaiian shirt created by weaving a strong twisted filament rayon for the warp, and alternately inserting two S (right) twisted and two Z (left) twisted threads for the weft to create a chirimen fabric with a textured surface, combined with the craftsman's 11-color hand-dyeing print. Today, the scarcity of this material is evident, and the manufacturing process of craftsman hand-dyeing print itself has become extremely rare. We hope you will experience this fusion of techniques, which will never increase, with your own eyes and hands.
