 Model Height 175 cm, Weight 62 kg, Wearing size S Similar to the Last Resort denim, we meticulously developed the fabric by dismantling carefully selected deadstock M41 KHAKI individuals, considering factors like thread thickness, slub shape, number of twists, and twist direction, all while envisioning the production background and technical capabilities of that era. The raw cotton used is JELADO's standard: American deep south cotton. The slub shape is neither too strong nor too weak, recreating a natural slub yarn. While previous materials were dyed with reactive dyes, this time we used vat dyes, which were common during that period. Compared to modern reactive dyes, vat dyes were of lower quality, but for dyes around the 1950s, they had excellent fastness to light, friction, and sunlight. They were considered quite superior for their time, so they were apparently used for materials that required toughness, such as work clothes and towels. By using American cotton, a shuttle loom, and vat dyes, and washing the fabric, just like back then, you can enjoy the aging process. The fabric is finished to evoke the texture of vintage items from that period, allowing you to enjoy JELADO's new 41 KHAKI. From raw cotton, yarn, weaving, to dyeing, the ultimate chino cloth that is particular about everything is LAST RESORT CHINO CLOTH. We have achieved high reproducibility with characteristic offset belt loops and 2mm wide double-welt pockets, just like vintage items. While pocket bags are usually made from lining fabric, we used a different chino fabric, similar to the vintage items we sampled. The side seams also develop strong puckering, adding a rugged impression to the wide silhouette when worn. By matching the stitch pitch to that of the time, we express a more classic 41 Khaki atmosphere. The rise is deep and the thigh is wide, following the silhouette of vintage items.
