 Model Height 175cm, Weight 62kg, wearing S Similar to the Last Resort Denim, this material was thoroughly crafted by dismantling carefully selected individual pieces from several types of deadstock M41 KHAKI pants, considering the yarn thickness, irregularity shape, number of twists, twist direction, and the production background and technical capabilities of the time. The raw cotton used is JELADO's basic, American Deep South Cotton. The slub shape reproduces natural slub yarn that is neither too strong nor too weak. While previous materials were dyed with reactive dyes, this time, we dyed them with vat dyes, which were used at the time. Compared to modern reactive dyes, the quality of vat dyes is lower, but as a dye from the 1950s, it had excellent colorfastness, resistance to friction and sunlight. Therefore, it was considered a superior dye at the time and was apparently used for materials that required toughness, such as work clothes and towels. By using American cotton, shuttle looms, and vat dyes, and washing them repeatedly, we have created a fabric texture reminiscent of vintage items from that era, allowing you to enjoy JELADO's new 41 KHAKI. The ultimate chino cloth, meticulously crafted in terms of raw cotton, yarn, weaving, and dyeing, is the LAST RESORT CHINO CLOTH. It features characteristic offset belt loops and double-welt pockets with a 2mm width, just like vintage items, reproduced with high accuracy. While pockets usually use lining fabric, we used a different chino fabric, just like the sampled vintage items. The strong puckering on the side seams adds to the rugged impression when worn, complementing the extra-wide silhouette. The stitching pitch is also adjusted to match that of the era, creating a more classic 41 Khaki-like atmosphere. The rise is deep, and the thigh is wide, following a vintage-inspired silhouette.
