Height: 175 cm, Weight: 62 kg, wearing size M

These work trousers are inspired by pants excavated from a closed coal mine in the early 1900s, and were created based on JELADO's own trousers from the late 1800s to early 1900s. This model has been released in various materials, but this time, the pattern, sewing, and specifications have been reconstructed to further enhance its perfection. The material used is WABASH fabric with the LASTRESORT blue tag. The sewing was outsourced to REBUILD, and vintage sewing machines such as the SINGER 31 (single-needle lockstitch), SINGER 134 (double-needle lockstitch), and SINGER 99W (eyelet buttonhole) were used to reproduce the specifications of the time. The seams are finished with flat-felled seams on both the inside and outside, faithfully following the sewing methods of the 1910s. The result is a meticulous and substantial finish from an era before mass production systems were established. The silhouette features a high-back design with a classic split center back. It is equipped with suspender buttons, and the front placket is wide. The secure fit of the era has been reproduced. All buttons are made of metal, and they will tarnish and develop a deeper, more aged appearance over time. The pockets feature reinforced topstitching, reproducing details of old work pants. Although the original design of this era did not have belt loops, they have been added for modern wearability and are also securely finished with topstitching. Reinforcing fabric is attached to the inside of the waistband, flap pockets, buckle-back, and front button placket, allowing you to enjoy the fading and changes in texture that appear with use. The pocket bags use striped slub fabric, following the style of the time, further enhancing the vintage feel. The rare buckle-back is a detail only seen in older vintage items. Only the left back pocket has a flap and is designed to be deep to safely store a wallet or other items. As you wear them, the fabric will naturally fade and develop a unique character, making them truly one-of-a-kind as you use them for a long time. These trousers are recommended not only for vintage enthusiasts but also for those seeking a discerning work style.
