 Model Height: 175cm, Weight: 62kg, Wearing size XL A very rare vintage item has been reproduced. It is knitted on an old Azuma knitting machine as a tubular body (no side seams). Using this knitting machine results in a soft, plump material with excellent elasticity and a unique mochi-like texture that has never been experienced before. The old Azuma knitting machine creates a brushed back fabric characterized by its vintage feel and lightness. This knitting machine is one of those that replaced loopwheel machines with innovative knitting machines around the 1970s, and there are very few existing ones. Because it knits slowly, the daily output is small, which allows for a rich, plump texture and an uneven surface, similar to loopwheel knitting machines. Regarding brushing, while open-width fabric can be brushed in one process, for tubular brushing, the tube is flattened and brushed on four sides. This requires four times the effort as it's a full-circle process. The brushing is done before dyeing, known as pre-dyeing brushing. Following vintage sewing techniques, most seams are twin-needle, but the cuffs are made with circular knit ribbing. The cuff ribbing is attached in one continuous process directly from the twin-needle stitching under the armpit. This piece reproduces a vintage item that is now difficult to obtain, faithfully replicating the sewing techniques of the time. Weight: 600g  JELADO was founded in 2004.
