 Model Height 175 cm, Weight 62 kg, wearing XL Reproducing a very rare vintage item. It is knitted using an old-fashioned Azuma knitting machine to create a tubular body (no side seams). Using this knitting machine results in a soft, stretchy, and fluffy material with an unprecedented chewy texture. The old-fashioned Azuma knitting machine produces a looped back fabric characterized by a vintage feel and lightness. This knitting machine is one of those from the 1970s that transitioned from circular knitting machines to innovative knitting machines, and there are few remaining, making it a rare machine. Because it knits slowly, daily production is low, and thus you can enjoy a texture similar to a circular knitting machine, characterized by an uneven surface and fluffy feel. Regarding brushing, for open-width fabrics, brushing can be done in one process, but for tubular brushing, the tube is flattened and brushed on four sides. Since the entire circumference is brushed, it simply takes four times as much effort. The brushing is done before dyeing, which is called pre-brushing. Following vintage sewing, it's almost entirely double-stitched, but the cuffs are circular knit ribs, and the cuff ribs are attached in one go from the double-stitched underarm seam. This piece reproduces a vintage item that is now difficult to obtain, faithfully replicating the original sewing techniques. This design reproduces the skull and snake embroidery found on flight jacket storage cases from the Vietnam War era using flocking. With 2025 being the Year of the Snake, this design is being released. Weight: 600g  JELADO was founded in 2004.
