 Model Height 175cm, Weight 62kg, wearing XL Reproducing a very rare vintage item. It is knitted using an old-fashioned Azuma knitting machine to create a tubular body (no side seams). Using this knitting machine results in a fabric with excellent stretch, softness, and a unique, plump, and bouncy texture. The old-fashioned Azuma knitting machine produces a brushed back fabric characterized by a vintage feel and lightness. This knitting machine is one of those that replaced loopwheel knitting machines with innovative knitting machines around the 1970s, and is a rare machine with few remaining in existence. Because it knits slowly, the daily production is small, and as a result, you can enjoy a texture similar to that of a loopwheel knitting machine, characterized by an uneven surface and a plump feel. Regarding the brushing, while open-width fabrics can be brushed in a single process, for tubular brushing, the tube is flattened and brushed on four sides, The process involves going all the way around, which simply takes four times the effort. The brushing is done before dyeing, which is called pre-brushing. Following vintage sewing techniques, it is mostly double-stitched, but the cuffs are knitted ribs, and the cuff ribs are attached in one go directly from the double-stitched underarm seam. We have recreated an item that is now difficult to obtain in vintage form, reproducing the original sewing techniques. Weight: 600g  JELADO was founded in 2004.
