 ＜Model: 175cm tall, 62kg weight, wearing size L＞ Over 10 years since its inception. A unique design shirt created with fusion and imagery. When I touch this shape (7640 shape), which does not exist in vintage items, my spine straightens as the designer. I still have to be careful about the conflict between "vintage replica and new vintage", the roughly 100-year range and amount of information, and preconceptions. But my cheeks loosen. I can't help but feel potential in shapes and designs that no one has ever seen before, in the path (future) to new vintage, which challenges new history. Deluxeware is the only pure domestic American casual brand in Japan that manages all processes in-house, from planning, material development, pattern making, sewing manufacturing, inspection, and commercialization, based on the old philosophy of the era when vintage wear was created. Material / Country of Origin Pure domestic product (Made entirely in Japan) ●Material composition: 100% cotton ●Material description: 3/2 twill weave, unbrushed Heavy flannel material woven with 10 count double yarn for both warp and weft. 35 warps and 28 wefts give it both thickness and softness. ●Material origin: Nishiwaki, Hyogo Prefecture ●Material equipment: Old-style loom ●Manufacturing origin: Odate, Akita Prefecture (our own factory) Manufactured at our own factory "ORDUCT" in Odate City, Akita Prefecture. A management system that certifies everything from processes to numerical values. ●Manufacturing equipment: UNION SPECIAL Utilizes many vintage sewing machines from the late 1800s to the 1960s to create texture and character.
