■WAREHOUSE 1001XX 2nd-hand Jeans 12oz
![]() Model Height: 175cm, Weight: 62kg, wearing size 34 These are the 2nd-hand Series jeans, created to achieve the texture of vintage clothing (2nd hand) that has been worn in the USA. The faded texture of jeans worn for many years is reproduced through advanced processing techniques. This model uses 12oz denim, which is a slightly lighter ounce. The base is the 1001, which can be said to be the most classic model from Warehouse. The ideal silhouette is slightly loose around the waist and tapers towards the hem. ■■Detailed Used Processing■■ Laser Processing Precisely programmed aging data is applied using state-of-the-art laser processing. The laser reacts to the deeply dyed indigo, removing only the indigo in the areas it passes through. There are four patterns of data: front left, front right, back left, and back right. Each pattern contains different fading data. The expression of varying shades, mainly centered on whiskering, is formed at this stage. Sanding Processing While the basic fading is achieved through laser processing, a sandpaper treatment is applied to the entire surface, especially to the whitened faded areas, to blend in any unnaturally white fading. Additionally, fine details such as fading on side seams, pocket openings, and hems are achieved through hand-shaving. Using a dedicated electric sander, each pair is carefully finished to enhance realism, envisioning how the jeans would fade when worn. Blast Processing Sandblasting, where sand is blown at high speed with air. The tiny sand particles create a gradient in the artificially created fading, producing a more natural aging effect. This is one of the important processes for achieving the exquisite whiskering on the sides of the thighs and for blending the overall texture to resemble vintage fading. Wash Processing Wash processing is the final stage of the processing. By washing jeans together with natural pumice stones in an old-style drum, fading in fine areas can be reproduced, and the overall faded texture of the jeans can be blended. Furthermore, to enhance the vintage feel, brown dye is mixed in during washing, which changes the jeans to a softer shade. Finally, each pair is air-dried in the sun to complete the process. A lot of effort and time goes into reaching this point. Weight: 620g ![]() Since its establishment in 1995, WAREHOUSE has pursued the theme of "faithful reproduction of vintage clothing," never being swayed by fleeting trends in the fashion industry. They thoroughly research every aspect, from the individual threads to the fabric, sewing, and washing processes, while considering the historical context of the era in which a treasured vintage piece was produced.
