Since its establishment in 1995, WAREHOUSE has pursued "the ultimate in detail," This limited edition model reproduces the 1950s XX jeans, created to commemorate the 25th anniversary of WAREHOUSE, which has consistently reproduced vintage clothing. The 1950s are considered the "golden age" in many fields in America. In jeans as well, it was a time when the fabric, sewing, and silhouette had the most authentic and balanced proportions. While the original piece it's based on is making its debut, "banner denim" is intentionally used for the fabric. The 1950s XX model is considered a prime example of authentic 5-pocket denim. The moderately deep rise will shrink after the first wash from its unwashed state, and the shrinkage of the waistband and yoke will create a unique natural curve in the outseam that fits the body. This is also where "SHRINK TO FIT" is most evident.  Since its establishment in 1995, WAREHOUSE has been a brand that has consistently pursued the theme of "faithful reproduction of vintage clothing," without being swayed by the ever-changing trends of the fashion industry. We thoroughly research every detail, from the individual threads to the fabric, sewing, and washing processes, considering the historical context of each vintage piece we encounter. 
 ・Because the fabric direction of the coin pocket is vertical, strong vertical creases and rough fading will appear when it fades. While not very noticeable when dark, the fabric direction of the coin pocket becomes a significant accent when faded. The prominent orange cotton thread stitching is also a characteristic of the 1950s, and the aging of the sewing thread is another charm of the fading process. ・The slightly thicker belt loops are a continuation from the 1940s. Lighter weight fabric is used. Due to the fabric being rolled in, the center naturally bulges, which creates fading in that area. Please also pay attention to the detailed bartack stitching. ・The slightly sharp V-shaped backstitch area. This is a cleanly processed area, indicating that the sewing instructions were clearly communicated compared to the wartime models and 1940s models. ・WAREHOUSE original iron buttons. As this is the part most frequently touched, the luster will gradually dull with wear, and the powerful texture of iron will gradually emerge.  ・The solid copper rivets are also characterized by their finely engraved lettering. As they oxidize like a 10-yen coin, the lettering becomes more prominent due to the contrast. ・The hidden rivet stamped with "25" was not used specifically for the "25th Anniversary Model." It has already been used in many models, and some original rivets from that era also had numbers stamped in the center in this way. ・The double-stitched fly and crotch seam are the "face" of the front. The crotch area, which is a difficult part in terms of sewing techniques, is of course a rolled seam, and above all, the balance between the curve of this double stitching and the reinforcing stitch is crucial. When the rise is deep, this stitching becomes longer, and conversely, with a too-shallow rise, the stitching becomes shorter. Perhaps one reason this model can be defined as "authentic" is the balance of this rise. ・Once called "pistol pockets" and only placed on one side, two back pockets are now standard. At WAREHOUSE, the back pockets are one of the most meticulously crafted details.  ・The back pockets, which appear slightly large, become more defined after washing. For the sewing, orange (golden brown) thread is used for the pocket opening, and yellow cotton thread is used for the single-stitch pocket attachment. The decorative stitching reproduces "rainbow stitching" with yellow on top and orange on the bottom. ・Please also pay attention to the "edge" of the back pocket. It's specified down to the millimeter. When worn, this part actually develops an edge and fades quickly, playing a significant "supporting role." ・Temporarily attaching the leather label and belt loop before passing it on to the next sewing worker. A rational process unique to that era. ・The width of the selvage split is also "authentic"—neither too thick nor too thin. Surprisingly, this width significantly impacts how the jeans pair with shoes when cuffed. The "banner denim" is the culmination of research and development since the brand's founding in 1995.
